How do custom canvas prints work?
Choose a canvas size, upload your photo, and add any crop notes. We print on artist canvas, stretch it over a wood frame, and ship it ready to hang.
How do photo tiles attach to the wall?
Tiles use a peel-and-stick backing — no nails or tools. They hold on most smooth, dry, painted walls and can be repositioned carefully.
What formats does wall art come in?
Most pieces are available as canvas, framed prints, or print-only. Check the options on each product page.
How long does shipping take?

What is your returns policy?

Will my photo be sharp enough to print?
Original, high-resolution photos print best. Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed images — the Upload Guide has simple checks before you order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Personalised items move into production quickly, so changes are easiest right after ordering.
